Parking and public transportation: There are a few free 2-hour limit “Visitors Parking” spots on Lime and Chestnut Streets steps away from our studio. Metered parking available on Charles and Beacon Street. The Boston Common Garage is located two blocks away. T Stations: Red Line - Charles/MGH (6-min. walk); Green Line - Arlington or Park Street (10-min. walk)

Hours: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday; 10AM-8PM • Saturday/Sunday; 9AM-5PM • Monday/Tuesday; Closed

Payment for Services and Products: We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards including American Express and Discover. Cash tips are appreciated and preferred but can also be added to card payments,

Gift Cards: Pamper those you care most about to the gift of beauty. Gift cards for any denomination may be purchased at our salon or over the phone. Shipping is free.

Late Arrivals: If you know you may be running late, we kindly ask that you call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we can still keep your appointment and may have to ask you to reschedule.

Booking and Cancellations: We believe in an honor system with all of our guests and currently do not require a credit/debit card to secure an appointment. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least a 24-hour advance notice by:

Refunds and Exchanges: Zenarose, Inc. does not extend refunds on services rendered. Products may be returned or exchanged with a valid receipt. Your complete satisfaction is paramount to us and our services are guaranteed at ZenaRose. If you have any concerns or questions about your services, please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to schedule you for the earliest available appointment for a complimentary adjustment.
